JovialNan accepts payments via credit and debit from all major card companies including

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We also accept payments directly through PayPal -- simply choose PayPal in the payment portion of check out and you'll be redirected to log in.


Most of the shipment from us will go by USPS. You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the profile icon in the navigation bar and then the "order history".


JovialNan ships all orders with USPS from our warehouse. Please be informed that "pre-order" order will take about 4 days to produce. Once complete, we will ship products right away. For more information about the shipping and delivery timeline, please visit: SHIPPING section.

If you receive a flawed or damaged product, we are always willing to work with you in order to issue you a replace or refund.


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment.

Return item must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.Original shipping charges are non-refundable
